Grape Varietals & Region:A blend of Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional and Aragonez from Alentejo, Portugal

Taste Profile:Deep ruby colour. Exuberant aroma and fruits of the forest. Round tannins and good volume in the mouth.

Winemaking Process:Manual harvesting. In the winery, the grapes were selected on a sorting table, with total degraining and slight crushing of the berries. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels
