Grape Varietals & Region:100% Mencia from Bierzo, Spain. The fruit comes from 100 year old vines planted in granitic sand & clay soils in Paradones in Bierzo.

Taste Profile:Ruby red with dark reflection. Aromas of dark jam and exciting blackberries spread on the nose. The aromatic framework is provided by floral notes and spicy notes of savory and liquorice. Earthy aromas such as mushroom and leather are perfectly complemented by cloves and vanilla. The dry wine has a present acidity, which creates an exciting balance with smooth tannins

Winemaking Process:The wine ages for 15 months in French oak
