Grape Varietals & Region:100% Mencia from the Bierzo region of Spain. The vines are planted on weathered granite sands a& clay.

Taste Profile: Intense aromas of red and black cherries with sweet spicy and toasty notes. The warmer vintage is expressed by a fuller body and ripe fruit flavours, leading to a long and a fruity aftertaste.

Winemaking Process:The fruit is cold macerated, and undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks. It is then aged for 28 months in French oak barrels & Austrian oak foudres
