Grape Varietals & Region:100% Alicante Bouschet, grown on ferrous clay soils in Campo de Borja in Aragon, Spain

Taste Profile:Deep violet color, with intense aromas of raspberries, cherries and hints of vanilla, cedar & tobacco. On the palate it has a fruity core with soft & ripe tannins, and a long finish.

Winemaking Process:The fruit is spontaneously fermented in steel, followed by 70% maturation in American oak barrels. Made with a minimal interventionist approach, it is bottled unfined & unfiltered
