Grape Varietals & Region:A Merlot dominant blend with Syrah, Petit Verdot & Cabernet Sauvignon. The fruit comes from the Thracian Valley in Bulgaria
Taste Profile:Deep garnet colour. Plenty of aromas dominated by plum, black cherry, blueberry, violet, nuts, chocolate are found at first. The taste is dense, round and harmonious. Full body and softness in the mouth show unique balance owing to fruits maturity and oak impact. The after-taste is complex and very long.
Winemaking Process:The fruit is manually harvested, and are destemmed before maceration in concrete tanks. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation, and ages for 18 months in French oak, of which 30% is new.
