Taste Profile: Bright cherry in color, with a bouquet of currant and wild strawberries, delicately spiced. It is fragrant, harmonious & characterful. On the palate it is astringent, with a good structure and lots of vanilla. Almost a light red, the passage in wood is very characterizing and adds a lot, without being excessive.
