Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of 50% Clairette & 50% Grenache Blanc from Paso Robles in California, USA

Taste Profile: Aromatics of lemon, chamomile, white peach, and river rock. On the palate, yellow apple, under ripe pear, tea, spring peach. Snappy and bright with under ripe tree fruits and creme Fraiche.

Winemaking Process:The Clairette grapes fermented and aged in French oak (10% new) with full malolactic fermentation. The Grenache Blanc grapes are fermented and aged in neutral barriques with partial malolactic fermentation
