Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of Carignan and Mourvedre from their MAHA estate in Paso Robles, California, and surrounding vineyards, all farmed naturally using organic principles

Taste Profile: Aromatics include black cherry, plum, tar, strawberry jam, saffron, cherry blossom, and cardamom. The palate is supple, with notes of blueberries, black cherry, anise, smoke and Chinese five spice. Tannins are fine grained.

Winemaking Process: The grapes were 100% destemmed and fermented with native yeast in concrete for two weeks prior to gentle pressing into neutral 500-liter puncheons for aging.
