Cabernet Sauvignon comes from Lupicaia, where the vines are planted on calcareous-sandy soils, creating wines of strcuture & complexity. The Petit Verdot comes from Addis, where the vines are planted on clay-calcareous soils, creating wines of balance & concentration
Taste Profile: The nose opens with elegant hints of black currant, enriched with pleasant spicy notes and delicate balsamic nuances. On the palate it is rich, full-bodied and pleasantly structured.
Winemaking Process:Each variety is aged separately in Allier oak barrique(225lt.) and larger Allier tonneaux (500lt.) for about 22 months, then blended and stored for a further period in bottles before sale.
