Castello del Terriccio Tassinaia Rosso Toscana IGT 2020

Grape Varietals & Region:A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot from Tuscany, Italy. It is named after the farmhouse on one of the hills called Le Tassinaie, which means the place of the stones. The fruit comes from 2 vineyards, Tregge & Porta Rossa vineyards, which have sandy soils with subtle gravel, guaranteeing freshness.

Taste Profile:The nose opens with elegant aromas of berries, enriched with pleasant spicy notes of tobacco. On the palate it has a delicate acidity and a pleasantly tannic structure

Winemaking Process: After 16 months aging in tonneaux of French oak, the varieties are blended and allowed to age in bottle for at least 12 months before sale.
