Taste Profile:The nose shows lavender, fynbos, red and black berries plus a hint of earth. Medium bodied with pure fruit, zesty acidity and powdery tannins, the finish nicely dry

Winemaking Process:Hand-harvested, 100% whole bunch fermented for 12 days in open tanks, where it is then pressed and aged in three 500L French barrel. No yeast added, ambient fermentation
