Winemaking Process:Grapes were picked at optimumripeness. Made in open fermenterson the skins for 5-8 days at an averagetemperature of 26C. Punching of thecap was done every 2 hours to extractgood colour and flavours from the
grapes. After malolactic fermentationin stainless steel tanks, the wine agedin French oak for 12 months.
