Grape Varietals & Region:100% Nebbiolo from Piedmont, Italy. It is a combination of vines from Barolo, Castiglione Falletto, La Morra and Serralunga dAlba, 4 municipalities in the province of Cuneo, southwest of Alba that are part of the DOCG Barolo

A total of 4 ecologically cultivated hectares where the grapes are allowed to over-ripen before being harvested manually

Taste Profile:A concentrated red wine with complex fruit and floral aromas, spicy notes and truffled touches. On the palate it is vigorous and robust as well as elegant and delicate. A harmonious mid-palate that, thanks to its optimal acidity and tannicity, means the wine can rest in the bottle for a long time

Winemaking Process: In the winery, the selected Ceretto Barolo grapes go through a long maceration and ferment at high temperatures. The wine then ages for a minimum of 38 months, 18 months in large barrels and the remaining 22 months in the bottle before being released for sale.

Produced since 1962, Ceretto Barolo is an interpretation of a majestic denomination. The combination of vines on different terroirs achieves the perfect balance of richness and softness.
