Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Palomino Fino from the La Platera in Pago Miraflores, in the Miraflores Baja region of Andalucia. Its soils are calcareous with rough albariza (rocky albariza) located at a depth of 2 meters and limestone clay on the surface

Taste Profile:It is balanced, serene, saline and elegant; the lively subtlety of the Palomino grape. It stands out for its harmony, sumptuousness in the mouth, floral aroma and gunpowder notes, typical of a large Pago. Wood, soil and fruit are presented harmoniously united.

Winemaking Process:Pressing of whole grapes. Gravity rank-out. Spontaneous fermentation and vinification carried out in used Bordeaux barrels for 11 months with all its lees. It is bottled in July without filtering
