Grape Varietals & Region:100% Palomino Fino from Miraflores Alta, located in Pago Miraflores in Andalucia, Spain. Its soils are calcareous, with sequined albariza (leaves) located at a depth of 2.5 meters and limestone clay on the surface

Taste Profile:Its oxidative notes linked to the sequin soils and local tradition stand out. A delicately honeyed wine with drifts of jasmine and a clean, saline finish

Winemaking Process: Whole grapes pressed. Gravity rank-out. Spontaneous fermentation and vinification carried out in used Bordeaux barrels for 11 months with all its lees. Bottled in July without filtering.
