Grape Varietals & Region:100% Moscatel de Chipiona from 45-year-old vines. The muscatel comes from the El Camino del Puerto del Pago Abulagar plot (0.7 hectares) of sandy and red clay soils

Taste Profile:A pure Muscat from Chipiona with aromas of orange blossom and brine, as well as hints of ginger. Medium-bodied, bright, and energetic, with a delicate saline profile.

Winemaking Process: Fermented and vinified in used Bordeaux barrels (from 2013) for 9-10 months. Spontaneous fermentation; no rectification of any kind. Minimal initial sulfite treatment. Worked on the lees. Unfiltered and uncooled. Fined with low-intensity bentonite starting in 2018.
