Taste Profile: This Crmant has fine, delicate bubbles, with aromas of white flowers such as lime blossom and acacia. On the palate, it retains its freshness and finesse, with a long aftertaste.

Winemaking Process: This Crmant is made from 80% Pinot Blanc and 20% Auxerrois grapes, including 25-30% reserve wines. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand. This Crmant is made in the purest respect for traditional methods, with a second fermentation in the bottle, followed by at least 12 months ageing on laths. A dosage of 8.5g/l at disgorgement gives it its brut character.
