Grape Varietals & Region:100% Melon de Bourgogne from the Muscadet Sevre et Maine appellation of the Loire Valley, France. It comes from vines with an average age of 45 to 55 years old that are planted in orthogneiss soils
Taste Profile:A gentle wine with elegant and subtle aromas of exotic fruits and citrus, notes of white flowers and spicy and marine touches. On the palate it is smooth, fresh and juicy. A wine with a vibrant acidity, with delicious salty notes and an attractive citrus persistence.
Winemaking Process:The fruit is gently pressed using a pneumatic press and, without racking the must, spontaneous fermentation begins in concrete tanks with native yeasts. The wine is not filtered and it spends a few months in these underground concrete vats.
