The Domaine, which is located in the village of Mercurey in Cote Chalonnaise has 4.5ha of vineyards planted in approximately 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay. As much as 90% of these vineyards are located in 1er Cru appellations of Mercurey and Montagny.

Taste Profile:Aromas of spring flowers, verbena, white currants, crisp pear and wet stones, followed by a medium to full-bodied, satiny and seamless palate that’s ample, fleshy and enveloping, with lovely purity of fruit and a long, saline finish

Winemaking Process:The Chardonnay was whole bunch pressed, and aged in a combination of new and used oak barrels followed by stainless steel tanks to allow the wines to mature gracefully
