Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of 89% Tempranillo, 5% Graciano and 6% Garnacha from Rioja, Spain. It comes from bush vines over 30 years old located in Haro and its bodering villages

Taste Profile: The profile is of red fruit and some black flashes can be appreciated. The ripe cherry stands out mixed with the memory of sweet spices and light notes of cocoa.There is a certain floral note of violets, together with the sensation of a bouquet of aromatic plants reminiscent of a walk in the countryside.

Winemaking Process:The fruit undergoes spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in French oak vats followed by malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. Ageing was in 40% brand new and 60% second use, French oak barrels. 14 months in barrel and 20 months cellaring in bottle
