Migliarina Bush Vine Chardonnay 2022

Grape Varietals & Region:100% Chardonnay from a rare single bush vne block in the Stellenbosch region.

Taste Profile:Light yellow with a tinge of green. The nose shows concentrated stone fruit and defined citrus notes.The palate is full, yet remains delicate with a fresh finish and apersistent sea breeze salinity. A beautiful expression of wellbalanced fruit with a fresh and acidity. There is a layeredcomplexity and a sense of place that shines through in a balancedand nuanced fashion

Winemaking Process:The grapes were hand harvested at 22.5 balling and delivered in small lug boxes to thecellar. The grapes were whole bunch pressed and fermented naturally in barrel. Afterfermentation the wine was racked and matured in French barrels for 14 months. Thewine did not undergo malolactic fermentation to keep its freshness and primary fruitflavours.
