Taste Profile: Being vibrant golden yellow in colour, this wine bursts with lemon peel, nectarines, raisins, oak, honey and a hint of mint on the nose.Silky smooth and full bodied, the palate is laced with layers of rich raisins, candyfloss and a lingering mint. Honey, citrus and oak on the finish.

Winemaking Process: In a first for South Africa, this wine contains the best barrels from 11 different vintages.

Each year wines were tasted and scored. Only the best barrel from each vintage became part of the final blend.
