Jessica has taken over just 2ha of the family estate; her father Jean-Jacques was also a vigneron she has immediately started organic farming with the knowledge that this cuts yields but catapults quality.

Taste Profile:A precise and generous Mcon as is often the case with Jessica Litaud offering a delicate nose of yellow fruits, fresh hazelnut and flint. The palate, structured and bright, reveals an assertive minerality and a beautiful length.

Winemaking Process:Direct press & a 10-12 month spell on lees in older oak barrels
