Taste Profile: A luminous Chardonnay, born from the limestone terroirs of Vergisson. A delicate nose of citrus, white peach, and vine flowers. On the palate, it displays beautiful tension, a silky texture, and a mineral finish. Enjoy with summer dishes or oysters.

Winemaking Process: The grapes are harvested manually and refrigerated at 4 degrees for at least 12 hours before pressing. This cold pressing allows for short settling periods, and therefore keeps more material and aromas. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in barrels, and The wines are aged for around 10 months.
