Taste Profile: Soft ruby red. It has delicate hints of red fruits such as wild strawberries and warm, spicy notes. On the palate, it s a tasty wine with soft, silky tannins and good persistence.
Winemaking Process:After careful manual selection of the grapes, fermentation takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperatures for about 10 days.Ageing takes place in large barrels for 12 months with a subsequent passage in steel before bottling.
