Taste Profile:Notes of dried fruits such as almonds and hazelnuts combine with sublime notes of wood and many buttery notes. Excellent volume on the palate without saturating the palate. Its smoothness is due to the long aging period in barrels, which makes this wine delicate, elegant, and with some salinity in the finish

Winemaking Process:Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels with battnnage for 2 months, plus 6 months in the bottle
