Grape Varietals & Region:A blend of Macabeo, Xarello and Parellada from Penedes in Catalonia, Spain

Cava Don Romn Brut is produced in the prestigious region of Sant Sadurn dAnoia (Catalonia) from a plot called La Llebre planted in 1995 at an altitude of 225 metres above sea level

Taste Profile: The blending process brought out a depth of freshgreen fruit flavors, such as apples and pears, ,floral notes, toasty perfume and hints of honeyaromas. Unlike other cavas, the bubbles are very fine and gently roll off the tongue leadinginto an elegant mousse. Well balanced and refined.

Winemaking Process:The grapes are harvested by hand, carefully selecting the best bunches to obtain a top quality Cava made using the champenoise method.
