Grape Varietals & Region:100% Sangiovese from Chianti Classico in Tuscany, Italy. Vineyard soils vary greatly but all are strewn with stony fragments adding mineral richness.

Taste Profile:Ruby red color. On the nose, hints of black cherry, balsamic and spicy notes. The mouthfeel is sweet and velvety, while the finish is sapid and persistent. The aftertaste recalls the harmony of the aroma profile and shows the typical characteristics of the terroir of Brolio

Winemaking Process: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature with 14-16 days of skin contact. The wine ages for 18 months in big casks and at least three months in the bottle.
