Taste Profile:Rich and fragrant with ripe red and dark berries, rose petals, pomegranate skins and spice box aromas and flavours such as cloves. Full-bodied with a meaty structure and firm but racy tannins. Compact and dense yet with vivid, succulent fruit and tense acidity, ending with a long mineral finish

Winemaking Process: Destemming followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks or open vats for 18-21 days. Gentle pressing, settling, and aging in oak barrels. The wine ages for 15 months in 500L Hungarian oak barrels.
