Grape Varietals & Region:100% Verdejo from their estate vineyards in Rueda. The fruit comes from their family estate, El Poleo, with old vines and a low yield of around 6,500 kg/ha, planted on edgy soil with areas of clay & sand.

Taste Profile: With a herbaceous background, white stone fruits stand out with hints of honey and wildflowers. On the palate, it is long and smooth, with good acidity that balances the final bitterness characteristic of the Verdejo variety.

Winemaking Process: Selected grapes in the vineyard and cold-macerated. Free-run juice fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks, using neutral yeasts to enhance the varietal character and reflect the expressiveness of the soil and location of our plot.
