This was followed by a 5-day cold maceration and then 21 days of temperature controlled fermentation. It was aged for 2-4 months in stainless steel tanks, and for 24 months in 300 and 500 liter second- and third-fill wooden barrels. Rich and lush fruitiness in the aroma, delicate elegance and beautiful balance in the taste. 80% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Syrah, 4% Kkfrankos.
