We use a house yeast to create the exact flavor profile we want. Due to the esters produced by our house yeast during fermentation and the natural barley flavor we choose to showcase, the result is a stunningly smooth spirit full of delicately balanced malty and slightly sweet notes.

By reducing the atmospheric pressure to as low as 10 Torr (hence our name), they unlocked the potential to distill at much lower temperatures, protecting and enhancing every nuanced flavor.
