6.0% Raspberry Ripple Pastry Sour with White Chocolate, Vanilla Ice Cream & Coconut.

Brewed to celebrate our 10th Birthday, with our friends at BEAK; supported by Pixley Berries.

A huge dose of single-origin Colombian white chocolate & milk sugar to start. Following on comes the full ice cream treatment; raspberry, from Pixley’s family farm in Herefordshire, vanilla pods & a cold infusion of coconut & Jersey Dairy luxury ice cream to finish.

6.5% Hazy IPA with Cashmere, Elani & Strata.

Brewed to celebrate our 10th Birthday, with our friends at Stigbergets; supported by Crosby & Indie Hops.

A blend of T90 & CGX lets each of these super versatile, high-impact varieties shine. New for crop 2024, Elani has layered bright orange zest & a hum of pineapple over a texture that’s smooth & creamy.

BESTLA (LHG x Phjala)

8.4% Imperial Stout with Cacao, Coffee & Vanilla.

Brewed to celebrate our 10th Birthday, with our friends at Pohjala; supported by Ruby Hue chocolate makers & Round Hill Roastery.

Using beautiful Chanthaburi Thai cacao, roasted & cracked but left whole to unlock notes of green tea & apricot jam. Circles is a gorgeous single-farm Brazilian natural coffee that, via cold-infusion, has rounded & amplified the nuttier sweetnesses in the underlying grain profile.
