Anatolikos Vineyards Pet Nat Assyrtiko-Malagousia 2023

Grape Varietals & Region: Assyrtiko and 40% Malagousia.The fruit comes from the Anatolikos organic vineyard located on the dry hills of Avdira city at an altitude of 5070 meters. Approximately 3 km away from the Thrace Sea, the terrain has sandy soils with stony subsoil and continuous cool Mediterranean winds.

Taste Profile:Anatolikos Pet Nat Assyrtiko-Malagousia appears in a cloudy pale gold colour and with persistent fizz. The nose is floral with hints of stone fruit and brioche. The dry and mineral driven palate has a juicy acidity to accompany its white nectarine and peach flavours. Closes with hints of spices, herbs and chalk on the finish.

Winemaking Process: Harvesting the fruit by hand at the end of August. Prefermentative cryoextraction at low temperature and fermentationwith nativeyeastsin anamphora for 30 days.Fermentation continues in the bottle.No filtering or treatmentbefore bottling.
