Deep amber in colour; moderately intense aromas of soy sauce, brown sugar, chile spice, and capsicum. The palate is medium weight with high heat from the ancho chili and alcohol being balanced by sweetness; look for flavours of chile pepper, brown sugar, honey and ginger followed by a medium-length finish.
