Taste Profile: There is fruit, an oxidative touch and a chiseled, tense, very salivating side, which is more reminiscent of wines from the North. A rugged expression of the Ardche that offers raw energy via a heady mix of ripe stone fruits, citrus and wildflowers.

Winemaking Process: The Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay were first pressed for 4 days before being blended with Marsanne from 2021. Vinified in an old Alsatian cask.
