Taste Profile: Deep, dark and rustic, it is fragrant with sunkissed fruit, black olive and brine. A heady wine that really captures the wildness of the Ardche.

Winemaking Process: 15 days of maceration of destemmed grapes took place in a fibre cuve. After dcuvage the wine was pressed for 2 days. The following fermentation and aging took place in old barriques for 3 years. No soutirage, topped up one time after one year in barriques.
