Taste Profile:Huge flavours of cherry bon-bons, herbs, strawberry compote and Angostura bitters. The residual sugar doesn’t bother, and adds to the experience

Winemaking Process: Direct press of all grapes. All juice was blended into the fermentation, and fermentation was stopped until about 30g of sugar left. Therefore, it is a ros with a little bit of sweetness. The 30 grams of sugar are still there, so are the carbonic gas from the fermentation. It adds a little fizz to the wine and for that reason it is bottled with crown cap.
