Francesco Annesanti produces wine the way his grandfather taught him as a kid, with vines that are up to 50 years old. The goal is to demonstrate the new and unique terroir of Valnerina, through biodynamic farming. Completely natural without additives or clarification. Pet nat produced the “mthode ancestrale”.
