Grape Varietals & Region:100% Loureiro from Vinho Verde, Portugal

Taste Profile:Slightly cloudy camomile yellow with golden reflections. A blend of floral and citrus notes, dominated by candied orange peel and mandarin, accompanied by chamomile tea and white flowers. Light-footed, fresh and aromatically dense with fine tannins that emphasise nuances of orange and bergamot.

Winemaking Process:After harvest, the fruit is crushed, destemmed & pressed in a basket press. Fermentation of the must then takes place spontaneously in clay aphors and all amphorae are sealed with beeswax to regulate oxidation. After six months on the mash and yeast, racking follows
