Taste Profile: The Vinho grape variety has a strong color intensity, giving this ros its unusual color, almost a light red. Very fruity, reminiscent of blackberries and cherries, with a full body and a fresh, lively flavor, with a profile that’s more vigorous than elegant.

Winemaking Process: Incomplete pressing. Decantation in inox vats and fermentation at temperatures between 12 and 14 C. Aging sur lies for 2 months. Disgorgement up to 6 months.
