Taste Profile:Aphros Phaunus Pet Nat is a light, refreshing and pleasant sparkling wine. Floral nose with hints of lemon citrus, minerals and herbs. Fine bubbles on the palate with a vibrant acidity and persistent citrus flavours accompanied by a hint of sweetness

Winemaking Process: Manual harvesting of the fruit. Maceration on skins before pressing. The resulting must goes through fermentation in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts at 1416C. Fermentation concludes in the bottle without yeasts or added sugars, and disgorging takes place 5 months later
