Taste Profile:Bright lemon color with greenish nuances, aromas of citrus and floral fruit. In the mouth it is elegant, good acidity giving a lot of freshness and crunchiness, intensity of flavors of citrus fruit and light yogurt and vanilla conferred by the work of lees in the very well integrated barrel. Challenging wine!

Winemaking Process:Wine made with indigenous yeasts, with controlled fermentation temperature. Aged for 9 months in used French oak barrels, with regular batonage.
