Taste Profile: With a greenish color, it presents aromas of vegetables, ripe citrus fruit and passion fruit. In the mouth it is full, fresh and velvety.An excellent tyle of the grape variety, it is a wine with great gastronomic potential and will certainly please those who enjoy a more aromatic and rounded wine.

Winemaking Process: Wine made with indigenous yeasts, with controlled fermentation temperature. The wine spends about 9 months in very old oak barrels with some battonage to add texture and hints of lemon curd and brioche.
