Aurora Cuve N Sauvignon Blanc 2021

Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Sauvignon Blanc. The fruit is estate grown in vineyards planted back in 2003in the clay-like limestone terroir of Aoura at 850 metres altitude from the Mediterranean sea.

Taste Profile:Aurora Cuve N Sauvignon Blanc opens with a discrete nose of melon, grapefruit citrus and gooseberries. Fresh mouthfeel thanks to itscrisp and vibrant acidity on the palate. Notes of yellow fruits and wet stones lead into a lingering mineral finish.

Winemaking Process: Careful selection and handpicking of the grapesin the beginning of September. Fermentation in chilled stainless steel tanks to maintain the natural fruit aromas. Filtering and bottling 4 months after harvest.
