Taste Profile:AURORA Ros is incredibly aromatic with an elegant bouquet of ripe strawberries and wildflowers. The palate is velvety and supple with dominant notes of raspberries and cream, ending with a long and delicate finish.

Winemaking Process: A small batch wine, it’sreceived cool at the winery, gently pressed and fermented in chilled stainless steel tanks to for optimal fruit expression and freshness.
