Taste Profile: B.io Nero DAvola Rosato has an intense blush colour with aromas of rose, dried flowers, citrus and soft salinity notes. It offers fresh taste of ripe red fruit, orange zest and a long mineral finish. It has a good balance of acidity and tannins.

Hailing from Puglia Italy, B.io wines revolve around sustainability and certification, linked to goodness and quality. Its name probably derives from the fact that it is a rather early ripening grape. The plant produces purple grapes and is mainly grown in Puglia, where it is the most widespread varietal. It is thought to have originated in Dalmatia and this belief is borne out by its similarity to a number of Croatian varietals.
