Grape Varietals & Region:100% Pinot Noir from Santenay in Burgundy, France. The lieu-dit “Les Charmes Dessus” lies just beneath 1er Cru Clos Rousseau on the Maranges side of Santenay.The fruit is from 60+ year old vines.

Taste Profile: Nose is a mixture of fresh but ripe red and dark berried fruit, some plum. Palate is concentrated but the fruit is fresh and stylish a little lift from the stem and a peppery finish

Winemaking Process: The fruit is fermented with roughly 25% whole bunches through indigenous yeast fermentation, and is matured in French oak barrels, of which 15% is new.
