Taste Profile:The bouquet is characterized by high-toned citrusfruit, pear, green apple, ginger, a hint of nectarine,and a through line of salinity and spice.A fresh, energetic palate texture, good midpalate weight and flavours of white peach,lemon, lime, and green apple.

Winemaking Process:Each lot of Pinot Gris were fermented on their ownin stainless steel at cool temperatures (13-15 C).After a few months of settling, portions of thethree cuves were blended for final bottling in
early Spring.
