A venture undertaken by two young Georgian sisters, Baia and Gvantsa, who continue their family’s winemaking legacy. Each sister concentrates on different indigenous grape varieties. In this instance, they work with Aladasturi, a grape used for both winemaking and table grapes. Their result is an exceptionally pure Pet-Nat, featuring notes of peach, strawberries, slightly bitter watermelon, nectarine, dried roses, and blood oranges. The wine presents a color reminiscent of ruby grapefruit, offering flavors of bitter rhubarb and hibiscus, all balanced by a vibrant and well-harmonized acidity.
